Dear Landlord,

Thank you for your interest in Landlords of Iowa! If you would like to become a member, the first step is to contact and join your local chapter – you can do so here. Membership in any active chapter means you’re automatically a member of Landlords of Iowa. At-Large memberships are also available for people who do not have a Landlords of Iowa chapter within 50 miles of their property. The annual fee for at-large membership is $100.00. At-Large members have all the benefits of Chapter members, and are also encouraged to help in raising a local Chapter.
