Landlords of Iowa, Inc. is a statewide professional association made up of dedicated property owners who serve communities in every corner of our state. Our organization includes both local chapters and at‑large members, all working toward the same goal: strengthening Iowa’s rental housing industry and supporting the people who rely on it.

Every day, our members provide safe, quality homes for Iowans. We understand how important it is for individuals and families to find a place where they feel comfortable and supported.

We also stand alongside property owners as they navigate the business and regulatory landscape. Our experienced business development and public policy team works to reduce barriers to entering the profession and to create a fair, predictable environment for housing providers. We advocate for landlords with city councils, state legislators, and other decision makers who shape Iowa’s housing policies.

Most importantly, Landlords of Iowa, Inc. is here for our members. We want to help your business grow.
