Hotel Information
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western Hotel Lodge in Clear Lake, conveniently connected to the Diamond Ballroom where the convention will be held. A room can be reserved at a discounted rate of $119 plus fees and taxes anytime through September 12th. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their rooms as soon as possible. Check in time for all rooms is 3PM and check out is 11AM.
