Dear Landlord,

Thank you for your interest in Landlords of Iowa! If you would like to become a member and aren’t already, the first step is to contact and join your local chapter – you can do so here. Membership in any chapter means you’re automatically a member of Landlords of Iowa. If you’re incorporating or renewing your chapter, or if you’d like to join as a Business Sponsor, then read on!

For chapters that are initially joining or renewing, dues are $40.00 per year, per local member, on a calendar year basis, with a membership period of July 1st – June 30th.

At Large membership is eligible for people who do not have a Landlords of Iowa chapter within 50 miles of their property. The annual fee for at-large membership is $99.00. At Large members have all the benefits of Chapter members, and are also entitled to help in raising a local Chapters.

Business Sponsor members may join at the $199.00 annual dues level, and in addition to the benefits of regular membership, will also have a logo of their choice displayed on the Landlords of Iowa website & Facebook page.

New for 2020 – the Landlords of Iowa online payment portal is now up and running. You can join or renew by credit card, here at this link. If you prefer, you can also fill out this simple form, here at this link. You can then print out the form, and simply mail it in with your check.

Landlords of Iowa is proud to be a member driven organization. We represent more than 1000 property owners and managers in every part of the state, and our Board is made up of local Chapter representatives. This means YOU have a role to play in developing new and innovative ways to influence the state and local policies that are important to your members and tenants. As a member of Landlords of Iowa, you’ll become a part of a vibrant and growing organization, that is working every day to help grow the profession and open property markets in every part of Iowa. As a nonprofit , member-based association, every penny of your $40.00 annual dues goes right back into our work in making Iowa a great place for housing professionals.
